UNIcare houses are more private, sharing with two or three person. Houses are modern to refurbished.

UNIcare hostels are purpose-built interactive student environment, forming a community lifestyle where group activities encouraged and settling in as a group can overcome the loneliness and estranged feeling while you are away from home. Hostels are reasonably modern and appear grand as they tend to be larger in size, with 8 rooms or more.
